To start using Tappie, you need the following

• An existing Tappie or a writeable NFC tag (you can either reuse something like a hotel room key or a public transport ticket, or buy new ones in any webstore)
• An NFC capable device (this is only necessary to create a new Tappie)
• A payment service provider which allows you to create payment links (such as Tikkie, Paypal, and most banks)

To update the payment link on your Tappie, you can follow these steps

1. Create a new payment request in the app or on the website of your payment service provider.
2. Click the share button, and share the link with the installed Tappie edit page. Alternatively, you can copy the link, go to the edit Tappie page in your webbrowser, and paste the link there.
3. On the Tappie edit page, enter your password, and click the arrow button.
4. If successful, the URL field on the Tappie edit page should show the new link, and your customer is ready to tap your Tappie.
